It gives a simple review of the 4 steps of the Tupler Technique® Program and a chart telling you exactly what exercises you need to do and how many you need to do in the morning, afternoon and evening over the eighteen week time period. The book fits in your purse and you can take it with you everywhere you go. Check off each time you complete one of the steps. Make sure you measure your diastasis and waist before you start and at the end of the six week program.
