About

Jill Hoefs, MPT

Jill Hoefs, MPT is the owner of Body Align Physical Therapy and author of Your Best Pregnancy. One of Jill’s better traits is her refusal to get complacent or stagnant in her career. She has a thirst for knowledge and the skill set to provide the best care for her patients. Jill created Body Align Physical Therapy in 2009 in NYC and now loves working in New Providence, close to home. Jill lives in Summit, with her husband and three over-scheduled children.

Jill has a passion for helping women with a wide range of health concerns. She believes too many women don’t receive the care they need for prenatal and postpartum complications, embarrassing urine leaks, painful sex, digestive disorders, menopause side-effects, and cancer-related symptoms. Jill helps women so they can enjoy life without pain and self-consciousness.

Body Align’s Mission

At Body Align Physical Therapy, Jill’s mission is to provide exceptional one-to-one physical therapy in New Providence that helps patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She specializes in personalized care for women’s health, orthopedic recovery, pelvic floor therapy, and whole-body wellness. Each patient is treated with compassion, expertise, and individualized attention. As a privately owned practice, she is committed to empowering the community through hands-on care that supports long-term health, healing, and overall well-being.

I've had limited mobility and increased upper body tightness for the past 7+ years after undergoing surgeries and treatments for breast cancer. After just one session with Jill, I noticed I slept better, had better mobility in my arms, less tenderness at my incision sites, and had an easier time with yoga. She has helped me tremendously, and I highly recommend her.N K
