With no more than 3 people per class, you are guaranteed ample hands-on-corrections, attention, and exercise modifications to personalize your program. You’ll improve your strength with physio balls, bands, mats, gliders, TRX, rings, balance pads, and more to target all your muscle groups in an hour. In addition to strength gains, you will see improvements in your posture, breathing, core engagement, flexibility, and balance. All fitness levels are welcome.
