Our small group strength training classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel your best in a supportive, personalized environment. With no more than three participants per class, you’ll receive individualized attention, hands-on corrections, and customized exercise modifications tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Using a variety of equipment including physioballs, resistance bands, mats, TRX, rings, gliders, and balance pads, each full-body workout targets major muscle groups while improving core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and breathing mechanics. Whether you are returning to exercise postpartum, recovering from injury, or simply looking to get stronger safely, our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels.
